I am really enjoying the Forbidden series by Kimberly Kinrade and of course I loved Hidden and Paradox :) Thank you so much for this fun and incredibly generous giveaway opportunity. I love a good YA,even if I am only YA at heart!

My favorite YA books would easily be the Hush, Hush saga by Becca Fitzpatrick!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite YA is the Fallen series by Lauren Kate. I also enjoyed Hidden and Becoming Edward. I have so many my list could go on and on.
ReplyDeleteMy favourite YA read would have to be the hard hitting horror novel Malice by Griffin Hayes (though in my review of it, I did claim to be offended that others - including the author - class it to be YA, as it is very VERY adult!). If that doesn't count, I'd probably have to say Outside by Shalini Boland (the big suck up that I am) as this proved to me that not all YA writing is overhyped trash like the Hunger Games trilogy, and it can be exciting, well written and can incorporate language that doesn't seem condescending to the more-mature-but-choosing-to-read-it-anyway type reader.
ReplyDeleteI really liked:
ReplyDeleteBECOMING EDWARD - Faye Meredith
DECEMBER MOON (The Raven Saga #2) - Suzy Turner
HIDDEN (Marchwood Vampire Series #1) - Shalini Boland
and THE BLEMISHED (Blemished Trilogy #1) - Sarah Dalton
(I'd probably like the others but have not read any of them.)
My favourite of all time - 'Tomorrow when the war began' by Australian author, John Marsden.
Comment by M. A. McRae (Marj)
I would have to say my favorite ever YA series would be Elle Casey's War of the Fae. It was hilarious and I loved the main character Jayne. She was spunky and smart mouthed. This is an awesome giveaway for a great cause. Thanks!
ReplyDelete"Hades" by Alexandra Adornetto. I was grabbed by the cover, title and concept delivered in the first few pages.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite teen read is Cassandra Clare's Mortal Instruments.
ReplyDeleteVeronica Roth's DIVERGENT and INSURGENT.
ReplyDeleteWow - favorite ever? That's tough, but I love anything by John Green or The Maze Runner Series by James Dashner
ReplyDeleteHard to pick a favorite! I really loved Roth's Divergent and Insurgent which I read this summer. The Hunger Games trilogy is also a favorite and my childhood would not have been the same without Harry Potter.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite teen book would be hidden by Shalini boland, loved Alex and maddy
ReplyDeleteI love all sorts but the hunger games would have to be the best
ReplyDeleteMy favorite YA read is Silence by Becca Fitzpatrick. Her series is amazing and I can't wait for Finale to be released!

Oh Wow~! This is a hard question! It is pretty impossible to pick my favorite YA book because I have so many! But...if I had to choose one for the sake of this giveaway...I would go with The Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead !! I just loved that series and I love the author =D

ReplyDeletedefinately "Becoming" by Raine Thomas.
I have not read a lot, but the most captivating book I have read lately is "Defy" by Raine Thomas. Currently reading "Shift", but don't want it to end because the next one is not out yet!!!
ReplyDeleteMy favourite ever YA read is - hmm, so many fo choose from... arghg! - *probably* The Knife of Never Letting Go, by Patrick Ness. I stayed up reading it until 2 in the morning, I loved it that much. However I am aware that I loved it because it reminded me of Philip Pullman, so perhaps that's my favourite...? Either or. Both amazing. Exciting competition, thanks for running.
